The Knights that Surprise Mummy spawn are corresponding to your Knight's level!

Also if you have Blazing Knight Elite Boost activated, 

the Knights spawned by the Surprise Mummy will be Blazing Knights as well!

Did you know?

Units displayed on the minimap on top of your screen has a display limit.

After spawning more than 64 Knights, it stopped displaying them on the minimap, although they are still being spawned by me!
