The official Royal Revolt 2 Alliance War FAQ

Question:

What will happen when my Alliance does not longer meet the criteria to compete in an Alliance War while the War Season is still running?

Answer:

The entrance criteria for competing in an Alliance war is to have at least 8 members. However, should you fall below this number while the Alliance War is already running, you will not be eliminated immediately. You will still be able to compete as long as you have at least 4 members. Should you fall below 4 members, your Alliance will be eliminated for this War Season and your Fiefdoms will be forfeit to other Alliances.

Question:

Which Alliances will be matched against each other?

Answer:

Stronger Alliances will be matched against other stronger ones. The relative strength of an Alliance is determined by the total number of Fiefdoms it owns.

Question:

What happens if my Alliance has less than 3 Fiefdoms? Can we still enter into another War Season?

Answer:

As long as your Alliance has at least 8 members as soon as the next season starts, you will be automatically placed into another War Season and given the required number of Fiefdoms to get back up to three.

Question:

How is the amount of Skulls that I can earn from an opponent during an Alliance War determined?

Answer:

The amount of Skulls you can earn is dependant on your Hero’s level as well as the Hero level of the King you are attacking.

Question:

Do we have to wait until the end of the War Season before the bonus of a newly conquered Fiefdom is credited? Or is the donation bonus added immediately?

Answer

All conquered Fiefdoms and the bonuses they confer will be added instantly.

Question:

What happens if there is a tie in the number of Fiefdoms conquered during a War Season?

Answer:

If Alliances conquer the same number of Fiefdoms, the number of Skulls earned throughout the entire war season will become the deciding factor. If the number of Skulls is also equal, then a tie will be declared and both Alliances will have to share the same (lower) rank.

Question:

How does the Tax Bonus work?

Answer:

The Tax Bonus grant you a percentage of free bonus gold and affects all donation types. It gets higher with more and more Fiefdoms conquered. The maximum is 30%.

Question:

I seem to earn less gold than usual when I attack an enemy that is an Alliance I am currently at war with. Why is this?

Answer:

The gold you earn from other players doesn’t come from their treasury. Instead, the game substitutes it. This results in less gold. The advantage of this is that players can be online and still be attacked. There is no hiding during an Alliance War.

Question:

What happens to the Skulls of a player that leaves an Alliance mid-season?

Answer:

Players who leave their Alliance during a war-season will loose all Skulls they have won in all running wars. All skulls, however, that have been won against them by enemy players, will be kept for the count of the enemy-Alliance.

Question:

Can players join a new Alliance mid-season and participate in their Alliance Wars?

Answer:

Players who join an Alliance during a war-season can instantly participate in all running wars of the new Alliance. However, keep in mind that the Skulls that they earned for their previous Alliance will be lost in any case.

Question:

What's the last possible chance to declare an Attack War?

Answer:

Attack Wars can only be declared if the remaining time of a War Season is more than the duration of an Attack War (roughly 24 hours). Planning ahead and timing your final attack right will be crucial.
