Storm Cannons deals lesser Damage per shot than normal Cannons.

However they shoot 3 times as fast which means higher DPS!

Example
Normal Cannon shoots 100 Damage per shot.(100DPS)
Storm Cannon shoots 60 Damage per shot but 3 times faster.(180DPS)
